You’re Under Arrest! Yes,you!
I’ve obtained this series for a very long time,almost a year ago,but I never gave myself the time to watch it. Finally,after a few weeks of watching a few episodes while travelling from home to school and back,I finally cleared season 1.I’m gonna move on to season 2 and also the movie,but I must say that season 1 is really superb.
Although the arwork isn’t as good as the current CG animes airing(come on,it was done in the 1990s),I must say that the storyline is addictive,and makes you want to watch more and more as the anime progresses.
I must say,my favourite couple in the entire of season 1 is not Kobayakawa and Nakajima, but Tsujimoto and Toukarin.Even though Toukarin appeared late in the series (episode 34) and only lingered in the anime till episode 48 , I think that he’s one character that made quite an impact in the short timespan.
Tsujimoto X ToukarinToukarin reminds me of Sagara Sousuke from Full Metal Panic,except that he does not have a combat-crazed side of him. Both are really cool characters who have exceptional skills in their field of profession.
Damn,I was hoping to see more of the couple,but looks like I’ll be seeing more of Kobayakawa and Nakajima in the 2nd season instead.
I know of this anime and the girls are cute but have never sat down to watch it - maybe its about time I do.
Hi Danny, have been an avid reader of your blog. Its one of those blogs that got me into figurine collecting etc. Your entries are seriously of high quality,unlike mine. I’ve been too lazy to update my blog, due to school and stuff. Also,I realised that anime blogging isnt easy.
I remember watching this series back in early 2001.. I really like it’s character design and the storyline. A much watch classic!
Hmm too bad I only watched it this year. Started on anime pretty late,so I must have missed out on many stuff
