Sleeping on a mattress every night certainly is never going to give one good sleep. And to think I have been sleeping on a mattress for the past 5 years. A single sized mattress makes sleeping more difficult as I have the tendency to roll off the mattress.
But no longer will I have to do so. The reason is this :
This bed used to be my grandfather’s, but he felt that it was too cold for him to have a proper night’s rest. Hence, he changed to a normal bed, and this bed was shifted over from his home to my room. Whee !!!
Now I will no longer have to strain my neck while watching anime on the bed. Also, as this is a super single sized bed, I have more space to move around and hence need not to worry about falling off. It would probably be much comfortable, so I can have a good night’s rest in order to concentrate on and enjoy more anime =)

Now, the only thing which I have to worry about is not to burst the water bag for the bed. And probably get a dakimakura.
P.S. I have gotten rid of the retarded bed sheet. Yay for me.
I don’t have the problem of rolling off my bed, since I sleep on a bunk, lol. But damn do I miss sleeping on a proper bed.
You know, I never ever understood people who make their kids sleep on those little thin mattresses on the floor. One spends more than 1/3 of his life on the bed and sleep is the most important regenerative activities we have to do, way more than sports or eating healthy foods. Surely it would make more sense to invest in a good bed, which can be used up for to 10-20 years, for the same cost of a freakin computer.
And yet people still choose to sleep on bad beds, sacrifice comfort and worse still, get back problems.

tj_han > I totally agree. I used to have backaches when I slept on the old mattress. Now, they should not occur as frequently as they did, or better still, don’t occur at all.

I use to fall off the bed when I was young because I turn around too much XD

u can watch anime on your bed, thats so good! I have to sit in front of the computer instead of laying down comfortably on my bed. congrats for getting a bed and oh yea, getting a dakimakura will be good haha.

I wanted a queen sized one, cause I do fall off my bed occasionally. But a queen sized one will fill up half of my room, so in the end I settled for a normal one. Been wanting to change ever since.
i join my brother’s single bed with mine which makes it a double single bed. muahaha =P well at least you got a view frm your bed. My view is blocked by my CPU! XD

Anyway, I can’t believe you’ve been sleeping on a mattress for more than 5 years. 16 days on a sleeping bad for my during my japan trip was terrible enough.
