While I was in Japan, I was somehow transported to Pokeland. I’m sure we all remember where the classic Pokemon games, Red, Blue, Yellow and Green began. Palette Town. Well, it was the same for my experience. All I could remember was strolling around in Odaiba, and the next moment, I was in Palette Town. Wow! It was my dream to be a Pokemon Trainer back when I was 10, so it was like a long-lost childhood dream realised.

Not knowing what to do, I wandered around in the wilderness around Palette Town. Nothing in sight, except for pretty flowers.
It was a sea of yellow, so I didn’t notice when something leaped out of the field of flowers. *plays Pokemon battle music*

Wild Pikachu Appears. Together with some green weirdo.
With no other Pokemon on hand to battle, I could only resort to capturing it. Without any hesitation, I threw my Pokeballs and captured the two beasties with ease.

Captured them in a photo, that is. Together with another lass
And that sums up my brief Pokemon experience. Still, I have no idea what that green thing is. Anyone knows?
Anyway, Odaiba was a really awesome place, not just because Tokyo Big Sight is within the area. The atmosphere there felt a little like Disneyland and DisneySea, dreamy and lighthearted. The ferris wheel was awesome, and so were the bridges. It was great fun just strolling around snapping photos, and the weather made the experience much more enjoyable. Photographers should make it a spot that they must definitely visit if they ever come to Tokyo.
To end off, I shall leave you with some nice sunset photos of the Odaiba area. Sorry if my photography skills suck.

My Pokemon fanatic of a friend couldn’t identify the green thing, and neither can I. We don’t think it’s a Pokemon =P
It’s obviously a metapod. You can tell from the eyes.
You’re both noobs
@Lupus: Dude, you’re even more of a noob to think it’s a metapod. =A=;; It’s Gachapin. It’s not even a pokemon.
LOL. I love Palette Town. I brought a pokemon hat (alas, not Ash Ketchum’s) and took a photo with the poke-ball lookalike lights. X3
is the lass the trainer for the pikachu?
Soshi: lies, ALL LIES! It’s a beautiful Metapod, finally granted recognition in the form of a really weird but nonetheless awesome cosplay, in which you can see the true nature of the most under-recognised pokemon!
*cough* Ahem.
Ok, so I googled it up and you’re right. But what is that thing doing in Palete Town?!
You should have visited the pokemon center when you were in Tokyo then.
I actually got myself one of those Pikachu costumes
The green thing is really Seaking in disguise.
LOL! I see that we have a couple of living breathing Pokedexes here.
Hehe…they are not really pokedex yet!…Ask konata…She said she can name all the pokemon’s name out…SWT
