They used to offer a more wallet-friendly alternative - international economy shipping - which actually made it rather affordable to order low-end goods like books and magazines, but that option has now been removed and it's priority courier service all the way. Be careful where you flash that piece of plastic - I've had one since high school and I've since been watching my money drain away into four Amazon branches in different parts of the globe (the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Japan) plus a host of other shopping websites.
