Finally, I got my hands on a copy of 9mm’s latest 2 A-Side single release.

If you don’t know, I’m quite a fan of 9mm ever since I was first exposed to their music a couple of months ago. Ah, the wonders of the interwebs!
Wanderland
The song Wanderland is the OP for Real Drive. To be frank, I’m not very impressed with the song. Somehow, it’s only quite decent compared to 9mm past releases such as The World and Discommunication. Also, I found the opening-sized version of the song to be much better than the full-length version.
Supernova
On the other hand, I like Supernova more. I’m not able to explain why, but it gave a nice feel on my first listen. Don’t mind the video though. The music alone will do just fine. I found it really weird, and I can’t comprehend the meaning behind the video, if there is any.

My CD’s a first press release which has stickers included. Stickers that will be kept in the CD case forever.Since 9mm doesn’t really get much of an audience as compared to other mainstream artistes, it’s not at all surprising to obtain a first press release. In fact, I’m very sure one could waltz into any CD shop in Japan and walk out with a first press of their previous releases, because that’s what I did.
Unlike Radwimps, 9mm’s music isn’t as suitable for everyone as it’s somewhat on the loud side. Still, if you can tolerate music that’s louder than usual, give them a try. Besides this single, their album Termination is worth a listen too.

LOL, I thought you were talking about supanova as in the anime convention in melbourne.
ah wells, nothing beats EXILE
