These Gurren Lagann chibi sized FIGUMATE trading figurines are uber cool.
The first 2 images form the set of characters before the pre-time skip, while the latter 2 images form the post-time skip. The figurines stand at a mere 7cm, which is rather small. Still, they look really detailed as compared to many of the other trading figures out there.
The first set’s scheduled for release on 25 September, and the second on 23 October.
Since there’s 7 in each set, it equates to 28 to collect in total. 6 of these 28 are rare figures, but I’m not exactly how sure their rarity is. The cost’s 483 yen for one, and hopefully they’ll be sold in sets. However, half of me doubts the possibility of that occurring, considering that some rare stuff in the terms of the Japanese are all over the place, and some out of print the moment the item goes on sale.
