The angels have always played a crucial part in Evangelion’s storyline. Without them, there just wouldn’t be Evangelion. Hence, I think they truly deserve more merchandise of their own.
In August, Broccoli’s going to release an entire set of Evangelion Angel T-Shirts, ranging from the third to the seventeenth Angel. Pretty cool stuff with quite some innovative design prints.

Do you have any favourite designs out of the 15?
My personal favourites are 7th (Israfel), 11th (Iruel) and 15th (Arael), but I don’t think I’ll be able to get them anytime soon as I have never heard of any local shops here that import Broccoli stuff. Still, it’s nice to know that such a collection is being released, although all that’s lacking are Adam and Lilith.
August is too far away.
I like the Bardiel and Areal designs. Hope we can see those on our shores. ^^
