Today’s highlight was the cosplay competition, so many came with cameras of all sorts for some snapping.

I failed my camera. It’s pretty decent at taking photos, but my skills just aren’t there. It was only after I got home and did some surfing around the interwebs when I realised that my shutter speed was far too slow as compared to what most people use for indoor shoots.

It was one hell of a day navigating through the human traffic jams, trying to snap decent shots on an event for the first time using my DSLR.

The queue for the redemption booth was a snake. A freaking python which extended all the way out of the convention hall and near the escalators. I reckon there was at least more than 200 people in the queue, all seated and engaged in some form of self-entertainment while passing time. Well, it’s free stuff, so any typical Singaporean would queue in line. Me? I couldn’t even be bothered getting the passport thing that’s used to redeem freebies.

Anyway, I decided to snap a shot of the queue near the booth, when this random dude came up to me and asked the question in the post’s title. I was stunned for a moment. Who in the world ever asks such a question in a toy convention anyway?
