After reading this, I came to the conclusion that Red Alert 3 is unbalanced. The Empire of the Rising Sun’s arsenal of wimpy weapons just isn’t enough to take on the likes of the manly Soviets or Allies. Not with the overly feminine Yuriko Omega or brainless King Onis. Let’s not forget the Jet Tengus who can’t do shit without pop songs and love triangles.
Also, if you take a look at the faction page, you will notice that the Soviets and the Allies have a current total of 21 units each, while the Rising Sun only has 20. What’s up with this nonsensical foul play?
As such, to balance the battlefield, I propose an entry for the 21st unit, which I shall bestow the name of Galaxy Drill.
Just as with all the units, there will be a standard of 4 attributes.
- The Drill is a Man’s Soul: All other being that are less GAR than the Galaxy Drill will have their souls erased.
- ROW ROW FIGHT THE POWER: The Galaxy Drill’s power level surpasses that of the universe.
- Spiral Power Overflow: Green unidentified matter begins gushing out from the Galaxy Drill. Anything that comes into the slightest contact with it gets its existence erased.
- Unlimited Drill Works: The Galaxy Drill splits up into an infinite array of indestructible mini drill units.
Now that this balances out the odds, there’s nothing else to worry about. Yuriko can now retire and lead the life of the average Japanese high school girl. Now, all EA games needs is to hurry and churn out Red Alert 3 with the Empire’s 21st unit.
I’m waiting. I’m so excited.

Suddenly, you see the game bugging up and all the terrain is gone ^^;
It needs a new skill: The Blue Drill of Death. When used, a huge blue drill attacks the enemy, destroying them before turning round and attacking the screen, resulting in a Blue Screen of Death.
i think the empire of the rising sun is balanced already. note that yuriko can attack air while tanya and natasha cant. and their units are far more “cheap” as they can be air or land units. that gives them alot of advantages.
Having completed the game, I think the rising sun needs a good anti-air weapon, some kind of directional em pulse or something.
this game is so boring, i can’t beleive they use japan as a super power, it is better to use hitler as the mortal enemy in the rde alert. all of you sucks

the empire is one of the strongest by far the rocket angels and the shogun battleships are way out of balance.
