I just realised that I’ve only watched 2.5 episodes of anime this week. That’s like almost an all-time low record, or maybe it really is.
One of the episodes was that of Code Geass R2, which I stayed up and waited for till the wee hours of 3, totally disregarding the fact that I had school the next day. I wasn’t totally wasting my time though, since I was utilising it on something productive. Like working on my JSP programming assignment due next week…
The next episode was Zero no Tsukaima season 3, which I yet again watched on TV. After returning home from my Japanese lesson, I laid half asleep on the couch as usual, and tried my best to stay awake throughout the entire program. I went to sleep slightly after it ended.
Finally, the last half episode was Yakushiji Ryoko no Kaiki Jikenbo. I was in the midst of watching it when an idea which I could try out to solve a problem that I have been stuck at in the assignment stuck me, and hurried to implement it lest it slips my memory. In short, for almost more than a week, the only thing which has been occupying my mind is programming. The dreaded deadline is next Thursday, and I’m not even 75% done yet. I suck at programming. Period.

This blog is half-dead too, since I never had the energy to update. I’ve run out of anything to write about too, since the time spent on public transport rides which used to be for brainstorming has now been buffer overflowed with JSTL. I need a higher capacity brain.
I can also foresee that the days of the entire month ahead are going to be anime deprived too. I want my old lifestyle back D=
This week I watched 7 episodes of anime; the 7 being Strike Witches, Telepathy Shoujo Ran, Ikkitousen GG, Zero no Tsukaima, Kara no Kysoukai, Koihime Musou and Nijuu Mensou no Musume. Next week, I’ll abstain from watching so that I can cloak a new record the week after next. (Kidding here, I won’t be abstaining from anime). XD
Actually, it doesn’t matter even if it’s 1 or 7 episodes, as long as you prioritize your time and enjoy them if you do watch them. Hang in there with your work buddy! (:
I’m going to be seriously deprived of anime next week too, since I wouldn’t have my computer with me for nearly 6 days. I wanna cry!
I don’t blame you. Summer has been pretty lacklustre. I’m really still just enjoying Code Geass with some Strike Witches on the side.
I thought I was the only one…I haven’t watched ANYTHING after Code Geass five days ago.
This happens to me every so often, so it’s not a rare thing for me. I stay busy by trying my hand at translating songs or reading some manga…or just running around the internet.
I may not know programming, but I know how hard it can be, so good luck with your assignment!
I think it is alright. Getting your work done allows you to watch your anime in peace and without guilt.
Code Geass and Macross Frontier carried over from Spring. X’amd from summer… being the only series that seems worth the viewing but no releases yet. I think I got matched your all time low for anime this week… with only Code Geass, Kazoku Kyouran Nikki, and Kara no Kyoukai.
Real life before 2D, right? Good luck with the project. Maybe you can get some stuff watched this weekend. ^_^

I’ve been a tad anime-depreived myself. Caught some bug going around and haven’t been able to shake it off, hence my low post rate and anime-watching.
Sorry for not replying to any comments, I’m still working on my assignment. A few more semesters with programming modules will definitely shorten my lifespan >_>
Anyway, I managed to sneak in the latest episode of Macross Frontier while having my meal in front of the PC.

u should start using clones. the clone go to school, do the homework and get the blame if any thing screwed up while u rest at home, watch your animes and do your health care etc.
just remember to treat the clone real nice if not u never know when he is gonna tie u up and drown u in the singapore river in an attempt to take over your life.
I should start working on the clones just right about now.
