5 Months Of Consecutive Shonen Ace Haruhi Freebies

Logically, it really shouldn’t be referred to as freebies, since the cost is included together with each Shonen Ace purchase. But that shouldn’t really matter, should it?

I’ve not been checking Shonen Ace’s website for quite a while, but I still grab my usual dosage of it when the monthly issue gets released at the end of each month. Just yesterday, I picked up the latest issue, totally not aware of the freebie included. It was only after I made payment when I was told to pick up my supplement item at the Japanese book counter.

If Hiruma Plays Baseball

If so, Eyeshield 21 fans will start swarming towards One Outs. After all, it’s a proven fact that Hiruma’s king in the character popularity ranking list. Who cares about Sena anyway?

After 4 episodes, I’m pretty much convinced that Toua is Hiruma’s older brother. They must have been separated the moment Hiruma came to life, since allowing the two of them to be together would mean World Destruction. Usajigen states that they are long-lost twins, but I feel that Hiruma looks far too youthful as compared to Toua, who looks slightly more matured. Then again, it could very well be the opposite.

Someone Save The Kaiji Live Action Movie

I must be lagging, since I only came to know about this piece of news at Canned Dogs almost 2 weeks after the post was up. When I read the title of the post, I wanted to rejoice over news of the movie. After all, I loved the anime.

Then I continued on to read the content. Instantly, a “WTF?!” slipped out. I sense eminent failure straight ahead, and for that, I shall weep buckets of Kaiji tears.

No kidding me. Fujiwara Tatsuya, also commonly known as Light, as Kaiji. Why, oh WHY?!?!
