My other classmates received their letters much earlier than I did, so I got a little worried about whether I actually made a slight mistake in the address field. Thankfully, I was only acting paranoid, and the mail eventually arrived today.
I’ve always thought that the test venues were either at the Japanese Primary School in west, or Waseda High School in the east. I’m actually glad that my venue’s National Junior College, as I don’t have to worry about having an uncomfortable JLPT experience squeezing the desks and chairs meant for kids 10 years younger than me.
I’ve not done much preparation for the JLPT, with the exception of the weekly preparation lessons at Ikoma. The other forms of unofficial preparation include immersing myself in Japanese music for a minimum of 2 hours daily and 7 volumes of Bloody Monday completed within a week. The rest of my time has been wasted on Red Alert 3 and sleeping. What an awesome study plan I have!
Seriously, I doubt I’ll be really studying much for JLPT3 as it’s on the Sunday immediately after my common test week concludes. I’m almost, if not totally clueless about what’s happening in school ever since the semester began 5 weeks ago. I can easily describe my situation with one simple word. Screwed.
Anyway, here’s wishing luck to me and any of the other fellow JLPT applicants. I think I’ll need it the most.
P.S. Anyone who has the same test center? We can go for lunch after the test’s over.

Mine is an Nanyang Girls’ High School while my friend’s venue is at SMU. Good thing both our test centers are quite nearby so that we can have lunch and do some shopping later. Goodluck for the test! (:
