Finally, nearly a month of waiting, I finally got my hands on a ticket for Tacica’s live.

Previously, it was sold out on the first day of the ticket sales. Even on auction sites such as Yahoo Japan Auction, the tickets for the Shibuya-AX live were rare, and the bidding often rose to double of the original price. That would have been alright if I didn’t have to include the other costs such as domestic and international shipping and other fees. I still burnt my wallet a little and got it anyway. After all, if I miss out on this, there’s no telling when I can attend another live performance in Japan.
I’m really hyped up about attending this performance. It’s my exam period now, but I really can’t find myself in the mood to study. Not when I’ve so much fun planned ahead. My last paper ends on the 1 September, and I’ll find myself in Japan on 3 September. I’ll be hanging around in Kyuushuu for a week before heading up to Tokyo, similar to last year’s trip. This time, I’ll be staying at another friend’s house.
I don’t exactly have an itinerary as I’m expecting to take it slow. This trip is intended to be a channel for me to chill out from all the nonsense that school has been dumping on me. I’ll probably come up with a post stating some of the main things which I hope to do, and some of the places that I hope to visit.
I have something in mind though. For the first time ever, I want to avoid Akihabara. That’s right, no stepping foot into the Holyland of the Otaku. I’m not totally certain if I can restrain myself, but I guess if I haven’t been watching anime for almost a month, it’s not impossible.
So, you might ask, what have you been up to if you’ve not been sitting your ass right infront of the screen watching anime?
I’ll answer, learning this on the acoustic guitar.

You finally got ‘em! Congratulations!!
All that worrying paid off!
Now I have other things to worry about, such as my exams.
You’re so lucky, I would love to see them live. Ever since your post on Tacica; I’m in love with them. Thanks for introducing it to me.
No problem. I’ll do a report, as detailed as possible, after I go for the live. I doubt I can take any photos during the event though.
NO CAMERAS ALLOWED.
