TP > They’re often compared to Radiohead, but I prefer sleepy.ab better. I’ve been listening to quite a fair bit of post rock too. We should have a discussion on this topic.

pp, samejima > I’m pretty ok with alcohol, and even though I’m of legal age to buy it in Singapore, I don’t. However, whenever I’m in Japan, I’m always in the mood to drink. The alcohol there tastes better and it’s cheaper too.

At the behest of a certain friend, I go and listen to other indie Japanese acts and/or musicians and artistes that do not necessarily have a huge following or recognition from both within the otakusphere and the J-music enthusiasts. I stumbled upon sleepy.ab a while back, so I don't have a good repertoire of their music. I can say that it's very close to Britrock (hint: sleepy and lengthy vocals), but it's distinctive from the usual Britrock melodrama.
