If you happen to be reading this post, that means the new DNS has already propgated for you. I changed the DNS for the domain just yesterday, so it might not be fully working for everyone yet.

My previous host gave a whole lot of problems, such as speeds slower than a snail. Hence, the moment I received my very first payment from Google, I did the switch. Hopefully, there will not be any problems like I had in the past. The site’s loading speed seems to be so much better now, but I’m not sure about it’s speed for the rest of you. Do comment if there’s an improvement, or if it’s something worse. I highly doubt the latter though.

Usually, I don’t pay attention to the ads on my site, but it was only recently when I decided to check out what was actually featured in those blocks of links.
I thought that Google would block the NSFW links, but apparently, some get through. Take this for example.

Wtf? My site’s no Yaoi site!

If you listened to the entire single release of Toshokan Sensou’s OP, Atashi no Machi, Ashita no Machi, you would have noticed that there was a B-side named mother’s car. I never paid much attention to it as it was the least catchy tune out of all the 3 songs.

However, after I read the latest entry on Takahashi Hitomi’s blog, I realised that the song might just have a link to her life.
今まで秘密基地はお母さんの車の中だったから
新しい秘密基地がほしいんだ
私だけをかくまってくれる世界。

I was reading up on how to prevent hotlinking, and I ended up screwing up the site when I added a .htaccess file. The result? Only the main page could be viewed. Even after deleting the .htaccess, the permalinks got all screwed up. I started to panic and began searching for solutions. I really need to learn how to stay calm >_>

Once again, this happens during a period where I should be doing much more important stuff, for example, studying for tomorrow’s Applied Cryptography test. Instead, I’m here tinkering and screwing around with wordpress, causing more problems than I already have.
Anyway, thanks to Tami for reminding me that the problem was with the permalinks. I thought for a while, before realising that all I had to do was to refresh the permalink options in the Wordpress dashboard.
Bah, my brain needs to function efficiently in the right way. And I need to stop screwing up stuff.
Back due to overwhelming response, I present to you yet again another 4 more ways to flood your blog’s traffic, just like how Lelouch was owned in the recent episode 10.

In case you haven’t been noticing the header, I just added a new banner. There are currently 2 banners in random rotation, so it’s a 50% chance of Arbalest appearing, and the other 50% being Rei.

Finally, I’ve managed to get this site back up after yesterday’s problem with the database after the Wordpress upgrade. It could have been up much earlier if I had FTP access in school like I used to, but it appears that the network administrators have blocked FTP access ever since the new semester began.

Regular posting will begin tomorrow, since I’m a little to lazy to write anything now. As for today, I shall complete the last few chapters of H2. It’s really awesome like Major, so it’ll be worth your time if you like baseball manga.
Let’s just hope the connection speeds don’t revert back to their sloth forms.

Lately, the connection speeds to this website has been really pathetic, often resulting in timeouts. I can’t even connect to the dashboard, or for that matter, anything hosted on the same server. This really sucks, and my mood to blog has been more or less killed by the connection speed.
