Before episode 6, I was expecting that the school festival live performance would slightly salvage the already ‘meh’ image I had for K-ON!. It’s usually these live performances that make a music themed anime memorable, or so I thought. Just take a look at BECK, or even non-music related anime like Haruhi. The live performance are always the zenith of shows that contain them.

Then came along K-ON!, which failed terribly. The main reason which actually held a glimmer of hope to save the show was the school festival live, and it was so disappointing.

C.I has been nudging me to play the Fate/Stay Night visual novel since I can’t remember when, and he passed me a copy of the game nearly 2 months ago. I clearly forgot about it and never touched it, leaving the installation files sitting on my hard drive.

It was until today when I decided to make good use of my time during a lecture to install the game. My friend sitting beside me saw that I had the game and requested for a copy. And so, we both started on the VN installation, in the lecture hall. He complete his installation first and proceeded to start up the game. Meanwhile, my netbook’s Intel Atom processor was lagging behind him for a bit until I finally complete the installation. The moment it was done, this darn alert had to pop up.

If this was a mirror image of the adaptation against the original, things would look ugly
If you’ve yet to notice, this site’s name’s a parody of Full Metal Panic, and that should drop the hint that I like FMP, A LOT. Hence, news of a live action movie adaptation of one of my all-time favourite series by Holly-screwy-wood is definitely horrible news. This was definitely not I was hoping for while I read the 10th volume of FMP Sigma on the train this morning.

Geez, I really think there’s something wrong with the vision of some people who think I’m female. Those people desperately need a form of corrective vision.

Just yesterday, I was standing in queue for dinner, wearing a t-shirt and a pair of bermudas. When it came to my turn, the attendant asked “Hi Miss, what do you want to buy?” in Chinese. For a moment, I looked around, fearing that I might have stolen someone’s position in the queue. It turned out that I was the only person left in queue for that store. Great…
